SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN RANG DONG LONG AN PLASTIC JSC, PLASTIC ASSOCIATION AND THAI SON CORPORATION – MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE – A NEW FUTURE FOR VIETNAM PLASTIC INDUSTRY
In the morning of September 25th, 2018, the signing ceremony between Rang Dong Long An Plastic JSC, Plastic Association and Thai Son Corporation – Ministry of National Defense was successfully held at Thai Son Corporation – Ministry of National Defense, No. 3, Road 3/2, District 10, opening up a new future for Vietnam plastic industry. Participating in the signing ceremony were the representatives of Vietnam Plastic Association, the leadership of Rang Dong Long An Plastic JSC, the leadership of Thai Son Corporation – Ministry of National Defense. This was a remarkable milestone marking an important step in establishing a state-of-the-art plastic recycling technology compared to the current backward plastic recycling techniques, towards improving the environment at hot times on pollution issues. That was also an important foundation for the establishment of the first plastic recycling industrial park, as well as an important milestone for the development of Vietnam plastic industry in the process of self-reliance on raw materials, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of each product in the domestic and international markets.

Representative of VPA, Rang Dong Long An Plastic JSC, Mr. Ho Duc Lam emphasized: “The combination of the spirit of discipline, the typical acumen of soldier in accessing the advanced science of each member of Thai Son Corporation – Ministry of National Defense, and the principle “always better” of Rang Dong Long An Plastic JSC, and the consistent will of Vietnam Plastic Association “Do not trade the environment for economic gain” will always be a cautious step in the operation of Vietnam’s first recycling industrial park in the near future, along with the effective support and consultation and strict supervision from the Government’s management agencies.” Through the process of studying, discussing and surveying various strengths, the parties agreed to sign the cooperation agreement to invest in construction of the first recycling industrial park in Vietnam. This agreement was a premise for the stakeholders to continue implementing the next steps of the project.

The establishment of Vietnam’s first recycling industrial park will be deepened over time towards the goal “For a better environment and a more active production”, contributing to a new and modern look for the plastic products originated from Vietnam.
